Often Councils impose complicated planning conditions for a development which require a landscape plan be prepared by a professional landscape architect or designer. We provide a streamlined service which will get you a 100% compliant landscape plan to satisfy Council's requirements. This plan is prepared in days, not weeks, and will be based on Councils strict requirements around the planting of species which are indigenous to the local area. Yes - we are very experienced with dealing with all Councils in Metropolitan Melbourne, as well as Regional Victorian Councils/Local Governments. Yes - we have experience preparing masterplans for a range of developments such as Residential Villages, Residential Estates, Child Care and Aged Care Facilities. We also have experience in the preparation of Streetscape Masterplans, Public Park Masterplans and Open Space Masterplans.

Yes - we have years of experience preparing landscape plans to meet vegetation management conditions of the CFA/MFB and Local Government. This includes ensuring our landscape plans meet strict defendable space requirements to ensure the your development meets fire safety standards and Bushfire Attach Level (BAL) requirements.

No - however we can put you in contact with one of our many partners who specialise in aboricultural services and who will assess the health and structure of all existing trees on your site.

Our team of qualified town planners and landscape architects have a robust understand of the requirements of Clause 55.02-1 Standard B2-7 (Tree Canopy objectives) which is a common requirement that Councils/Local Governments impose on their planning permits. We are also able to assist with landscape plans to address requirements from the recently introduced Clause 52.37 (Canopy Trees). We also have an understanding all requirements of ResCode/Townhouses and Low-Rise Apartments Code, along with other landscape requirements within the Planning Scheme. Our Garden Design process usually takes 4 weeks from initial on-site meeting to recieving your Concept Plan. Constructions drawings generally take an additional 4 weeks. For our Council Landscape Plan process, we aim to provide a fully compliant Landscape Plan within 14 days from the initial receipt of the finalised architectural/building drawings, CAD (dwg) files and arborist report (if one is applicable).

Yes - for an additional fee we can provide full 3D renders including a walkthrough of your design.
